提示说你当前运行的不是GNOME桌面环境。如果你确实是，打开高级设置工具，确保里面的插件功能开关要打开，另外，有一些插件只适合老版本的GNOME，在新版本的GNOME下安装会报错，留意一下插件的版本说明，以及装一装其它的插件看看。

你是不是使用chromium或者chrome打开的这个网站?
使用firefox打开是能用的,到现在还不支持chrome系列的浏览器.
