github客户端登入报错

我是win10的系统，下载了 github离线安装包 ，在网页上账号登入正常，可是在客户端上点击登入报错。
报错如下：
Unable to retrieve your user info from the server. A proxy server might be interfering with the request。
如图所示：

应该怎样才能登入，或者大家有其他使用github托管代码 上传到git上的办法吗？

没用过客户端。。一直用Git Bash。。。

不要用客户端，用bash不就好了。。。
