上传Appstore 时出现ITunes store operation failed 用的是Xcode7.2.1

Mac版本是10.11.3应用提交到APPstore上传不上去，提示：

查了一下说是网络问题但是各种试了都不行。

我已经找到解决方案，如下：
Here are the basic steps:
1、Archive
2、Export
3、Xcode menu --> Xcode --> Open Developer Tool --> Application Loader
4、Double click "Deliver Your App" and choose the file exported in step #2
5、click next and follow the instructions until the end

重新上传一般，应该是网络问题

网络问题，用Application Loader试试。
