好久以前写过的，现在没什么印象了…… 你看下这个

       selector:@selector(routeChanged:)
           name:AVAudioSessionRouteChangeNotification
         object:nil];

测一下耳机插拔的时候值分别是什么吧，注册通知别忘了在 dealloc 的时候要 remove。
