django创建表，但是没有对应的表创建

用的是PyMySQL.

为什么没有得到people的表？

检查有没有将app加到settings里面的INSTALLED_APPS里，执行python manager.py makemigrations 声称migrations文件，然后再执行python manager.py migrate
