npm install express 或者安装cnpm都是这个样子，是公司网络的原因么

网络超时有很多可能性，不好说！
1.可能是对方服务器无法连接
2.可能你公司对网络做限制
3.你本地自己装了什么组件如(越墙)

不排除这个原因，之前也试过有时候早上下载安装一下子就好了，有时候整个下午都没装成功

npm config delete https-proxy
npm config delete http-proxy

然后
npm config ls -l
看npm的代理设置是否被重置为默认
