微信mac版跳转链接提示redirect_uri参数错误

最近开发微信公众号，在跳转链接上遇到问题。
形如

https://open.weixin.qq.com/connect/oauth2/authorize?appid=wx****************&redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2Fweixin.xxx.com%2Fapi%2Fredirect%2F&response_type=code&scope=snsapi_userinfo&state=state#wechat_redirect

的跳转链接，在手机和Windows微信客户端上都可以正常打开，但是在mac客户端上打开就会出现"redirect_uri参数错误"的提示，百思不得其解，哪里可能出问题了？是微信mac版的bug吗？
