spring整合mybatis的配置文件问题

Question

Multiple annotations found at this line:

- cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'mybatis:scan'.
- schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://mybatis.org/schema/mybatis-spring.xsd', because 1) could not 
 find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>.

说识别不出 <mybatis:scan 标签，百度找这个标签的声明找不到阿，求助大神，我源代码部分如下，
