你的webpack配置是webpack1的，但你现在安装了webpack2，请先卸载webpack2，再安装webpack1。

又或者是你找个webpack2版本的配置文件。

babel配置有问题，应该为：

或者

  exclude: /(node_modules|bower_components)/,
