laravel5.4中怎么使用vue路由

初学vue和laravel
用 npm install vue-router 安装了,
路由相关的配置要写在app.js中么？
大概步骤是怎么做，有没有相关的例子，或文档
npm run dev 的时候会报错
在虚拟机中使用的

用vue-router的hash模式就好了，laravel实现api的路由就行了

图中的报错是cross-env没安装，在项目根目录执行npm install
