Spring MVC零配置,初始化失败,onStartup方法没进去?

Question

RT,使用Java配置Spring Mvc,但是初始化方法没进去.代码如下:

嗯,还不知道具体是因为什么,不过好像是IDEA 2017的问题.
在IDEA 2015下就没有任何问题.

2017:clean -> run 报错
2015:clean -> run 正常

但不明白为什么,坐等大佬来解答.
