安装ogrfdw扩展的问题

我从github上下的源码编译的问题如下

Makefile:27: /usr/lib/postgresql/9.5/lib/pgxs/src/makefiles/pgxs.mk: 没有那个文件或目录
make: *** No rule to make target '/usr/lib/postgresql/9.5/lib/pgxs/src/makefiles/pgxs.mk'。 停止。

看了下pg_config，安装的pg根本没有/usr/lib/postgresql/9.5/lib/pgxs/src/makefiles/pgxs.mk这个东西！
求助！怎么解决
