aria2c选择部分文件下载有问题，官方称不是bug？

官方原文：

In multi file torrent, the adjacent files specified by this option may
also be downloaded. This is by design, not a bug.

英文不是太好，就不献丑了。

举例：

aria2c --select-file=1-3,8 -Tfile.torrent

本意是下载序号为 1、2、3、8 的文件，
结果4、7、9也被下载

就是说，
3的临近文件4,
8的临近文件7、9

有意思的是，4、7、9文件是损坏的，或者说，只有文件存在，但实质并没有下载的感觉。

请问这种情况该怎么解决？
