为什么用composer安装完后会报这个错？

根据官网提供的教程，在文件夹中输入命令composer create-project laravel/laravel --prefer-dist之后创建了一个laravel项目（结构如下图）

本地使用wamp server 配置的站点，打开后报了这个错误，求指教这是什么意思？
