执行laravel new blog时出现上面的错误，网上查好像都是说启用openssl就可以了，我的extension=php_openssl.dll原来就是启用的，老是提示这个错误，不知道怎么处理。
我有尝试直接进对应的网页，是可以的，网络应该是正常的。
