下面是文档的代码，没有任何改动。npm start 后 reducers add 不起左右，只有 effects add起作用。产生的问题点击按钮1秒后数字减1，不会加1，最高分永远是0

在dva@2以上，如果reducers和effects中的方法重名，直接忽略reducers中的方法，执行effects中的方法。
