已经获取到证书，也配置好了nginx，并且也安装了ssl模块，重启后443接口没有启动

以下是nginx配置，重启也没有报错，但是443接口并没有启动，想知道为什么？

我用的是腾讯云，也是这个问题，查看日志的时候发现错误日志里面有这么一句：the "ssl" parameter requires ngx_http_ssl_module in /usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf:36

但是我已经安装了ssl模块，后来，不知为何，执行了以下操作：

nginx -s stop
nginx

就可以了，后来又尝试了一下，直接nginx -s reload不行，虽然不知道为啥，但至少问题解决了
