qtconsole如何切换Python 虚拟环境？

Question

安装了Anaconda，带有qtconsole代码着色比较友好。
Anaconda的默认环境的base(root)，不显示使用python -m venv创建的虚拟环境。
现在想在qtconsole进入到虚拟环境，如何操作？
