CentOS MySQL如何远程访问

Question

阿里云服务器的CentOS7的MySQL5.7无法被远程访问
使用的是php strom 自带的database工具
访问失败提示：
The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.
这个错误，已经在安全组里添加了规则

同时也修改了访问账户

还请教如何正确的修改！
