MAC配置phpMyAdmin后，登陆报错

上网查询说是编码问题，修改my.cnf的编码参数，但是我全局搜索，也没有找到这个文件

mysql版本:8.0.12

phpMyAdmin版本:4.8.3

系统版本:macOS 10.12.6

错误代码：
