vagrant突然启动不了

之前安装了vagrant，php相关环境也都搭建好了，可是今天我使用vagrant up发现一直卡在这里，如下

$ vagrant up

几天前用的好好的，突然这样了，而且我每次退出都vagrant halt的，而且这个时候发现如果去点开virtualBox，发现又可以正常启动了，如下

$ vagrant up

总不可能每次都双击点开virtualBox吧，到底什么问题，启动不了啊？
相关版本：win10 vagrant2.1.2 virtualBox5.2.18

错误信息的意思是版本不一致，虚拟机的版本是5.1.38，vitualbox的版本是5.2，是不是这个原因
