vue发布到iis服务器上为什么一定需要端口才能运行

Question

vue-cli项目用webpack打包，部署到iis上，不是直接部署下端口下就访问不了。但是如果部署在端口下，再在该端口下新建一个程序的话，新的程序项目就会被忽略掉

直接用VUE官方部署到IIS上的配置文件，其他再同意个端口下的项目访问不了

像上图的aaa项目程序访问不了

第二种方法，把配置文件改成这样的话， aaa项目就能访问了，但是vue项目就会出现刷新报404错误的问题
