Ubuntu 下ufw无法正常使用？

Question

ubuntu 下ufw 不能正常使用。
ufw 已经安装，版本
root@VM-0-8-ubuntu:/home/ubuntu# sudo apt-get install ufw

不知道什么原因导致，昨天还可以使用
