Android项目模块化依赖问题

运行环境

• MacOS 10.14.3
• Android Studio 3.3.1

在AS中创建了一个项目，项目的目录如下图所示

各个模块的依赖如下
1、baselibrary

dependencies {
    implementation fileTree(include: ['*.jar'], dir: 'libs')
    implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0'
    // Anko Commons
    implementation "org.jetbrains.anko:anko-commons:$anko_version"
    // Appcompat-v7 (only Anko Commons)
    implementation "org.jetbrains.anko:anko-appcompat-v7-commons:$anko_version"
    testImplementation 'junit:junit:4.12'
    androidTestImplementation 'com.android.support.test:runner:1.0.2'
    androidTestImplementation 'com.android.support.test.espresso:espresso-core:3.0.2'
}

2、provider

dependencies {
    implementation fileTree(include: ['*.jar'], dir: 'libs')

    implementation project(':baselibrary')

3、usercenter

dependencies {
    implementation fileTree(include: ['*.jar'], dir: 'libs')
    implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0'
    implementation project(':provider')
    implementation 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.1.3'
    testImplementation 'junit:junit:4.12'
    androidTestImplementation 'com.android.support.test:runner:1.0.2'
    androidTestImplementation 'com.android.support.test.espresso:espresso-core:3.0.2'
    implementation "org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-stdlib-jdk7:$kotlin_version"

但是在usercenter模块中使用anko库却报错了

问题出现的环境背景及自己尝试过哪些方法

1、点击file下的invalidate Caches / Restart
2、将anko库的依赖添加到usercenter能够正常运行

已经解决了，使用implementation引入的库只能在本模块访问，使用api或者compile表示对外开放接口
