ftp可以连接上但是无法列出内容，主动被动模式都不行

如题，应该是网络的问题，有时候可以正常使用，但是有几天，就不行了，可以连接上，但是目录无法读取出来，有知道咋搞的老铁吗？
是所有ftp都连不上了。
