使用spring-boot-dependencies时，spring-boot-maven-plugin插件不起作用

使用spring-boot-dependencies时，spring-boot-maven-plugin插件不起作用。如下是pom配置。

希望能够像直接依赖spring-boot-starter-parent，再添加spring-boot-maven-plugin声明即可实现打包。
