apue第4章代码运行疑问

Question

第四章源代码，函数umask，设置对应位为1后，在文件mode中的相应位会被关闭，按照下面的代码，bar文件应该是rw------才对，为何我的运行结果是这样的,使用umask已经屏蔽了组读写 其它读写，为何创建的bar文件居然还有组读和其它读，是我哪里理解错了吗?
