React native 调试报错

Question

1.按照官方教程新建react项目
2.本机可以正常运行
3.代码提交到github
4.使用另外的电脑pull了整个项目然后正常npm install
5.运行react-native run-android 时直接报错：error Android project not found. Are you sure this is a React Native project?

运行完全是在项目内，搞不懂为啥为出现这个错误，求大神指点，地址：
