为什么OkHTTP中RetryAndFollowUpInterceptor中的while(true)循环不会导致应用卡死?

最近在看okhttp源码时候发现RetryAndFollowUpInterceptor.java这个类中有一个while(true)的循环,并且这个循环还是跑在主线程中的,但他并没有带来ANR或者app卡死的bug,这是什么原因呢?
