1. 如果使用 bash，则在任何命令之前运行 NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider

2. 添加 NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider 到 package.json

首先，我在 GitBash Windows 中的任何命令之前使用此命令 export NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider 来解决此问题。

但是，我认为这不是一种有效的方法，所以我要做的是：

1. 卸载 Nodejs 17.0.1
2. 再次安装 Nodejs 16.13.0 版本
3. 当我使用“yarn serve”（我退出的另一个 Vuejs 项目）启动服务器时，我遇到了另一个错误，我不记得这是什么，但是在我运行“yarn”和“yarn serve”之后，一切正常现在我接受

我刚刚收到此错误，看来您使用的是 Node 版本 17+。它与一些 webpack 的东西还不兼容。

尝试改用 LTS 版本，目前为 16.13.0。
