logback.xml

 <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<configuration>
<include resource="logback-${spring.profiles.active}.xml"/>

<root level="INFO">
    <appender-ref ref="FILE" />
    <appender-ref ref="CONSOLE" />
</root>

最后使用：

 -Dspring.profiles.active=dev
 or
-Dspring.profiles.active=prod

Spring Boot 文档 建议使用 logback-spring.xml 而不是 logback.xml 并且您可以在其中使用 spring profile 标签：

 <configuration>
  <springProfile name="workspace">
    ...
  </springProfile>
  <springProfile name="dev,prd">

  </springProfile>
</configuration>
