这是一个错误。事实证明，较新的 Failsafe 插件版本（2.19.0 及更高版本）不适用于 Spring Boot 1.4（或更高版本）。解决方法是将 maven-failsafe-plugin 降级到 2.18.1。这是更新的 pom.xml：
