这只是一个警告，而不是错误。它发生是因为您当前的 numpy libray 版本与 tensorflow 版本不兼容。您需要降级 numpy 版本。

tensorflow 1.10.0 有要求 numpy<=1.14.5,>=1.13.3 ，但你必须安装一些更高版本（此警告消息出现在最新的 numpy 版本 1.17.0 中）。

如果您使用的是 TF 2.0 ，一个快速的解决方案是将您的 numpy 降级 到 1.16.4。 （我使用 1.17 并收到相同的警告消息）。

 1. pip uninstall numpy
2. pip install numpy==1.16.4
