如果我显式地替换 Pipfile 中的 apns2 行而不是密码术 (crytography = “*”)，它也会以同样的方式失败。

cryptography包只能与pip一起安装，而不是pipenv，所以先这样做……（从 这个问题 中获取的命令。）
…然后我可以运行
pipenv install构建和安装一切正常。
