libvirt-python 的 pip 安装需要文件 libvirt.pc 出现在您的系统上，因为安装脚本使用 pkg-config 检查 libvirt 的包详细信息。

对于 Debian，我发现这个文件是由“libvirt-dev”包提供的。所以你可以试试
