我认为最好的解决方案是使用 SwipeRefreshLayout 但不使用 NestedScrollView 正如 jitinsharma 所描述的那样，因为这个可能的问题： webview 高度在 nestedScrollView 内无限增长。但是还有另一种滚动解决方案 vizZ 描述的问题，实施 ViewTreeObserver.OnScrollChangedListener 。所以工作解决方案应该是这样的：
