我遇到了同样的问题，但我能够通过运行 npm install --save-dev @babel/plugin-proposal-decorators 并将 ["@babel/plugin-proposal-decorators", { "legacy": true }] 添加到我的 .babelrc .

.babelrc 的插件部分，对我来说，现在看起来像这样：
