coredns如何配置多个上游dns服务？

10.1.40.31是内网中的一个dns服务，他可以解析inspur.com的域名。
我需要inspur.com都通过10.1.40.31解析，其他通过114解析。以下是当前配置：

这样配置，有时会特别慢，并且查看日志有错误信息。
