vsftp的这个参数究竟是什么意思？

local_root
    This option represents a directory which vsftpd will try to change into after a local (i.e. non-anonymous) login. Failure is silently ignored.

    Default: (none) 

这个选项代表了一个目录，一个本地的（非匿名帐号）登陆vsftpd后，vsftpd就切入到其中。

还是不懂什么意思？

这个主要是用来限制 ftp 访问的目录

比如你配置了 local_root=/home/ftp，那么有人使用 vsftpd 时就只能访问这个目录
