华为应用市场对应用签名的证书是测试证书，需要手动开启debug模式才可以安装。

解决措施

1. 找到rom下载中bundle_tool目录，cmd进入，如D:\desktop\aaa\NOH-AN00204.0.0.10(C00E10R1P3)\BiddingDoc\base_package\config\system_component_config\exe.unstripped\bundlemanager\bundle_tool。
2. 将bundle_test_tool发送到/system/bin目录中：hdc shell mount -o rw,remount //挂载hdc file send bundle_test_tool /system/bin //发送文件。
3. 开启设置hdc shell //进入hdc终端cd system/bin // 进入设备system/bin 目录chmod 777 bundle_test_toolbundle_test_tool setDebugMode -e 1。
4. 然后就可以通过应用市场安装应用了，需要注意，每次设备重启都要重新执行bundle_test_tool setDebugMode -e 1。
