Spring Tool Suite4 如何配置maven 报错？

1.正常启动的情况：
设置如下图，实际上.m2/路径下并没有任何xxx.xml文件。下载依赖特别慢。

现在是，一个小文件下载近1小时左右，如下图：

2.想使用自己下载的maven配置：

如果不设置Global Settings项，当前能运行项目，应该使用的是Spring Tool Suite4 自带的maven ？

现在想再导入一个新的项目，文档说明使用idea并且需要配置setting文件。于是下载了maven 并配置了了如下图，Global Settings等。点击Apply就会各种报错，如下截图提示。

到底该怎么配置呢？
