windows vundle遇到问题 “error setting certificate verify locations:”

系统是windows
使用git clone http://github.com/gmarik/Vundle.vim.git %USERPROFILE%/vimfiles/bundle/Vundle.vim
显示
error setting certificate verify locations:
CAfile: C:Program FilesGitmingw64sslcerts
CApath: none

无法clone 项目这是为什么啊
wtf vundle？？？

由于公司要求只能安装windows！难道vundle不能用git？ 证书坏了如何换一个啊：（
