 JsonArray jsoncargo = jsonObject.getJsonArray("cargo");

Map<String, Integer> cargo = new HashMap<>();
for (int i = 0; i < jsoncargo.size(); i++) {
    String type = jsoncargo.getJsonObject(i).getString("type");
    Integer amount = jsoncargo.getJsonObject(i).getInt("amount");
    cargo.put(type, amount);
}
